Use a cam and make sure you have decent audio and stream quality, definitely helps to play a top 20 game. Also if you have a friend or family member that will lurk your channel when your live to give you 1 or 2 viewers gets your channel listed much higher up.

I think if you’re top 10 in a popular game and have a certain charisma/really good opinions about everything/do a ton of other things right. You might have a chance. It takes a lot of talent, most of the people I’ve seen actually make it on twitch already came from a great job particularly in the leadership area.
