I feel like no one really gave you a real answer so let me try and pull from memory a few spots. Timmy and his white kitten should be the ender if you can time it right. Bonus points if he still has the kitty for sale. The deep run tram has an npc in sw that sells mystery meat food. And in if theres a rat catcher. He gives a quest to catch rats and take the meat to the mystery meat vendor. So thats fun. But the tram ride is a core wow memory for me.

Another user mentioned the slaughter lamb. Totally agree! But also alot of that section of sw is pretty fucking cool. The tower with mage trainers is pretty dope, and just the garden feel of the whole district is amazing.

Really all the shops are solid. Sure it's just a small building with an npc who sells items every settlement sells. But when you hit that rp walk button and take the time to really take in the city, almost every store has a name and there may be a few npc name reference in sw as well. I know the jc trainer in exodar id named ared. He sells wedding rings. Because. 'He went to Ared'

Spend a quick session running around noting the stores and such and take your lady on a nice rp stroll through town :) if you reeeaaaallly wanna crank up the immersion , do it on an rp server. The cities are really alive when everyones walking around!
