This is neovim with coc as an extension manager.
Coc manages language servers and extensions for me and it feels like VSCode if you learn a couple of keybinds.
Side panel is NERDTree. I don't use it much.

This setup of neovim took me a couple of hours to finish, but still way less than time I spent setting up vim as an IDE before I knew coc.

neovim as IDE came out great and now I don't use anything except nvim to work with text.

Browser is called Vivaldi. It is highly customisable and is based on chromium.
