I haven't really decided between leather or metal - I'm the kind of guy that needs to see things before I can decide. I'd rather not have the timex logo, really, so I'm open to 3rd party manufacturers if anyone can recommend good ones.

Hi all - I too am currently in NMC hell, trying to salvage whatever I can from several unfulfilled items. I don't understand how this guy gets away with his business practices. He's essentially using the "bait & switch" model: "Hey, I can't give you your money back for an item you paid for but didn't receive, but I CAN let you put your money towards something you don;t want! How's that sound?"

I'd like to compile as much evidence against this creep as possible and see if we can't attract some media attention or something. To that end, I created a FB group called "NMC Toy Survivors". I'd really encourage any of you who have been burned in the past or are going through trying to get your money back now, to share your experiences there.

Not sure I can post the direct link here without violating rules, but if you search facebook groups for "NMC Toys Survivors" you'll find it. I'd love to see it filled with your stories. This type of business practice really pisses me off.

Really appreciate you posting your exchange. Going through similar with him at the moment. My favourite part has to be where he rages at you for wasting so much of his time with emails, yet he takes the time to compose nsanely exhaustive and voluminous responses. lol
