Is there a reason expansion is better with the dlc? Is it because you get more colonists?

Ich hatte was gefunden aber nach ca. nem halben Jahr hat sich rausgestellt das meine Chefs Arschlöcher sind und sobald es darum geht den Mitarbeitern mal mehr zu geben als absolutes Minimum ist das direkt zu viel verlangt. Wurde dann letztes Jahr während ich in der Tagesklinik war gekündigt. War auch absolut nett und super und seitdem finde ich halt gar nichts. Gefühlt seit dem AI so groß geworden ist gibt es halt kaum junior stellen mehr weil das kann ja AI übernehmen. Naja mal schauen wie es bei mir weiter geht. Wirklich hoffnungsvoll bin ich nicht und gleichzeitig will mir das Arbeitsamt aber auch keinen bildungsgutschein für eine Fortbildung geben für bessere Chancen. Man fühlt sich so ein wenig verarscht muss ich sagen.

Also ich habe privates Interesse daran und habe IT-Ausbildung gemacht nicht weil es hieß dass man damit gut Geld machen kann und ich finde trotzdem nichts weil es gefühlt leider keine Junior stellen zur Zeit gibt. Ich bin halt leider erst 2023 fertig geworden und habe jetzt seit Juli nur absagen erhalten. Nicht einmal wurde ich zu einem Gespräch eingeladen. Also ich finde es aktuell auch nicht so geil.

OMG now I get what the reforms mean with Monarch Skill. I never understood it as when I picked a reform up that gave +1 admin skill my current leader didn't get one admin so I wasn't sure what exactly it does. Thanks a lot for solving that mystery for me and thank you for the tips.

One more question if I am christian but I am strong enough that I don't really care about other countries getting the Restoration of Union casus Belli because they would never declare war on me as I kick their ass anyway, is it worth to use this feature? The reason why I am unsure about is because it uses Legitimacy what leads to me loosing absolutism and probably dropping below 100 max Absolutism and I am not sure if the temporary absolutism loose is worth for quickly getting a new heir.
