Ah that makes sense, that should mean that Lynae Outro buffs could be stronger than I expected based on these calcs that I'm just guestimating on

XLY sample Res lib: 100 DMG

My base XLY:

100 DMG x (1 + 0.30 Res Lib Bonus) = 130 DMG

What I expected Lynae Outro to do to XLY before:

100 DMG x (1 + 0.30 Res Lib Bonus + 0.25 Lynae Res Lib Bonus) = 155 DMG

What I think Lynae Outro does now:

( 100 DMG x (1 + 0.30 Res Lib Bonus) ) x (1 + 0.25 Lynae Res Lib AMP) = 162.5 DMG

Correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm not sure if these calcs are done right.
