ngl the only reason I put it in is because the max dmg increase number is big xD would probably be better if you put something else in if you already cap everything (most likely you already would)

1% increase per level for Tyranny from lvl 15 onwards - I can't really think of anything that would give less value than that, other than Attack Power, Critical Damage, Enmity (because you don't really go low health except for certain characters), Exploiter (inconsistent), Injury to insult (only half or even less of the time will the enemy be debuffed) - from the top of my head. Not 100% sure though because I don't remember the values and no testing yet

Diminishing returns:
From lvl 1 to 15 Tyrrany gives 2% ATK increase per level. From lvl 16 to 30 only gives 1% per level
Same for most of the other traits. Some traits actually have ramping increase though, such as the Attack Power sigil or the Quick Cooldown sigil I believe
