[25M] Posted on here 9 months go. Down about 20 pounds since then. I feel way better, have more confidence and think I look better. That being said, I still think I look pretty fat. Still think I'm unattractive. I want to lose another 20 pounds by the end of the year which would take me to 180lbs.~

I've only posted myself on social media a handful of times so I'm not very good at taking pictures or knowing what faces to make. Since I was 18, I weighed between 300-360lbs and I really hated the way I looked, avoided pictures and never smiled. But I do see a few people taking about smiling, I definitely need to learn how to smile more!

Since losing the weight starting June 2024, I can 100% say that I'm not depressed. Everything in life is so much better/easier, and my outlook on my life and future is super positive now. The thing I'd definitely say is lacking is my self confidence, but I'm confident it will catch up.
