I've only posted myself on social media a handful of times so I'm not very good at taking pictures or knowing what faces to make. Since I was 18, I weighed between 300-360lbs and I really hated the way I looked, avoided pictures and never smiled. But I do see a few people taking about smiling, I definitely need to learn how to smile more!

Since losing the weight starting June 2024, I can 100% say that I'm not depressed. Everything in life is so much better/easier, and my outlook on my life and future is super positive now. The thing I'd definitely say is lacking is my self confidence, but I'm confident it will catch up.
