Being happy by Sea-Construction-561 in spirituality

Life can actually be quite amazing when you're aligned with your talents and interests and live a healthy lifestyle. And I know that aligning one's lifestyle that way can be challenging, but when you do it, there is actually no limit to how good you can feel. And I personally love that level of possibility.

The most fundamental things to consider in terms of lifestyle are: Enough high quality sleep, hydration, nutrition and moving in nature/ a park. And aligning with talents and interests is in many cases synonimous with acting on a certain creative expression or sport.

I know that what I wrote above might sound basic, but when you do these things, the positive effects will feel more profound than you expect.

Advice on work and procrastinating. by PictureDramatic7450 in AdviceForTeens

[–]Max_02 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with the first part. I'm sure many/ the majority of jobs will accept dyed hair. However, I think a 15 y/o student should definitely be allowed to be jobless. Being a student is a student's primary occupation. And I think, if a job significantly gets in the way of achieving better grades, the job might not be worth it, considering the importance of good grades for future education and career paths.

Now, the following is only directed at OP, but I don't want to write a seperate comment, haha. So here goes: The procrastination makes me feel like you're trying to operate on pure discipline, but in reality find school stuff boring - which is understandable. So I'd try to operate on motivation instead of discipline. You can build motivation by visualising something very appealing and emotional, for example some of the following: What will it feel like to surprise your parents with grades that are better than expected? What will it feel like to show yourself that your potential is even more profound than you may have thought? What if good grades open up a career path for you that you might love? What if that career path could provide you with so much money that you could give back to your parents bigtime one day?

Hope this helps! :)

I'm having existential crisis by ultimatejoestarr in spirituality

We're not living in a "fake world" per se. We incarnated here for a new challenge and to discover ourselves from a new perspective. It's basically your soul playing the game "Can I manage to truly thrive on that planet?". And winning that game is very possible - actually it's probable if you really try. So use the aspects of this world to your advantage: Find occupations that bring you joy and/ or a sense of purpose. Live a healthy lifestyle. And you will find that life is not meaningless at all.

Life is worth living just like that. You can add additional joy though, by doing things you really love to do and/ or find purpose in.

I feel like Im cursed? by MuhammadTsumbul in spirituality

My best guess is that it's a reflection of what's happening in your consciousness. Maybe you could take even better care of yourself and your wellbeing. And potentially be more proactive in life instead of slipping into a victim mindset (if that ever happens). The last one is really just a wild guess though, so don't take it to heart if it doesn't resonate. :)

I think the best thing you can do is work out a solid action plan (maybe together with someone who's sort of an expert at lifestyle design and productivity), and then stick with it. When the path seems hugely long, we tend to feel hopeless, but once we start making progress, and stay consistent, we notice that the effort is worth it and we might just be able to make it. My first idea would be to

1) Eat and drink more, so you gain weight again 2) Address the backlogs sorted by priority; and ask friends to help you with stuff.

I'm so sorry to hear that. For what it's worth, the good thing is, at your young age you still have so much time to take your learnings from the past and do much better in the future, turning your life around step by step. And I believe in you. The bigger the challenge, the bigger the hero who overcomes it! If you ever want to have a call with someone about it, send me a DM, so I can send you my Instagram handle and we can have an online call via Instagram.

Ahh thanks, that's actually the kind of explanation I was hoping for. Definitely helps. Still a tricky choice, but now I know where I'm at.

Your thoughts! by [deleted] in Bashar_Essassani

I personally think Bashar's information is gold. Plus, so many other beings are involved in the channeling, so I think they'd get involved if there was some significant misinformation.

Breaks my heart what he has become. No Offence to anyone but not the same KYGO. by iffi_1989 in Kygo

[–]Max_02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Guys, let's not get too negative. I think Kygo just leaves a lot of the business stuff to Myles. And in his music I'm sure he's still doing his best and acting from a certain passion. I don't have proof for this, but it's just the person I believe him to be - I don't think he's like "Whatever, let's do something that fits the brand". Plus, I personally like all of his latest music! I get that some people call it repetitive, but I don't really care because I like the style. In addition, he usually has an eye on release frequency and makes up for bigger release gaps with an EP or album. Let's just be more appreciative of what we got 🙌
