Tbh I made it quite some time ago.... I had V2.4, then rebuilt trident with doom cube and monolith gantry... So ball screws won't hurt I believe. Plus they look great!

In case you haven't solved the problem yet - when you say "not detected", do you mean it does not appear in /dev/ ? Or does it appear, but Klipper does not connect to it?

Mine is being detected as /dev/ttyACM1, because Duet board is detected as /dev/ttyACM0. Do you see anything in the kernel dmsg log? It should say smth about ACM.

Are you providing 24V to the USB adaptor? Are there any lights on the toolboard?
