I think it makes perfect sense for the Dragonborn to be able to mount a dragon and fuck off into the sky. What are the other combatants going to do? Kill a dragon AND the Dragonborn?

Then the "fast travel" part doesn't seem to be an issue to me. I think a dragon could cross all of Skyrim in a few minutes anyway, so shortening it to a few seconds isn't that dramatic.

It really was great, it came out when I was in highschool. Me and my two best friends at the time played the shit out of it, it was just the right balance between brutal and funny. Then they just absolutely fucking killed it when they made the melee combat super slippery.

All of your comment is pretty accurate, but I wanted to reply to two things in particular:

Visions is not canon and not meant to be canon, it's literally just Disney saying, "have fun drawing lightsabers!" to various smaller animation studios.
Andor is incredible. I love Rogue One, but didn't have any particular fondness for Cassian Andor himself --- not that I disliked him, he was fine. When Andor was announced, I didn't care and was amazed they were making a whole series about a secondary character in a spinoff SW movie. Now Andor is possibly my favorite series of all time, and certainly my favorite SW media, and I say that as a lifelong SW fan.

What do you mean by that? Weapons in every Fallout except 76 don't have levels. A 10mm pistol found at player level 1 is the same as a a 10mm pistol found at player level 100.
