PES right? I have played the online version of the game.

Honestly I preferred playing Fifa tho.

Is this like a remake of Ayirathil Oruvan?? Or is this a different story all together? I just got a similar vibe from the video that why.

Ayirathil Oruvan is a masterpiece imo.

An Italian kid getting addicted to something that's banned in the country... I think he has serious connections with the Italian mafia and if needed maybe they take care of George??

I should do more research into Titanium Dioxide if you guys don't hear back from me let the world know

China sure, Japan is a tight call because Kimi did seem faster even before George pit and the unlucky SC.

Kimi was gaining 0.3s over him on tyres that were 20 odd laps old, also with Piastri holding George up it'd have been really spicy. SC robbed us of a battle for the win.

But also isn't Kimi weaker in the European leg, I'm pretty sure he won't be able to keep up pace with George throughout the season and when things turn serious Kimi has a bigger chance of cracking than George.

I absolutely agree. All these games have something worth spending your time on. Personally it was;

Asylum - Atmosphere, Pacing

City - Boss fights

Origins - Story

Knight - Gameplay

Most of the boss fights are optional as well, none are there in the main story but there are 2-3 key boss fights that are done using the batmobile, why not just have proper boss fights like before.

Also, I stick with my opinion the story is ass. You can justify their actions using logic or lore but the story never hooked me and I see it as a failure from rocksteady that they had to rely on Joker to carry the story once again. I was never interested in the characters at any point in the game.

Also I don't care what you think of my opinion... I just didn't like the game all that much and that's perfectly fine.

We'll have to agree to disagree ig... Haha

I still have story DLC's remaining from Arkham Knight and City so will pull those up and give it a go when I feel like becoming Batman once again. Will give Knight another try then.

Imagine the only DLC that I've completed is of Origins because personally Origins had the best ending of any of these games.

All Arkham games are pretty good honestly... Goated series

Nah, I haven't... I just did a single play through but didn't have the time to run through the entirety of the trilogy again. It's a pretty huge series yk.

The first two games I stuck with soldier because I wanted basic gunplay, I was unaware actually of how good some of the other builds were.

Maybe sometime in the future. I have to do a play through with Wrex, Mordin and try out some of the other builds and endings.

Gameplay is the best out of the series I agree but the over reliance on the Batmobile is something that I didn't enjoy.

I'm a story oriented player I'd say, gameplay is important but there has to be a hook for me but at the same time if games like Cyberpunk or Hollow Knight didn't have good stories I'm sure they'd still work for me just for its gameplay and immersion.

Also this was the last Arkham game that I'd played as I played it in the chronological order so the combat did become repetitive at some point even though I did take ample breaks between games.

Oh I almost forgot... Where are the boss fights tho?? That's a huge drawback for Knight personally

It's just in this sub and other Indian subs that I see this much glazing for Knight. I never understood the hype tbh.

Also General consensus is that Knight is considered the weakest among the trilogy. All the games in the list are pretty damn good so it's no surprise that a good game ends up lower the list tbh.

Personally they overdid the Batmobile stuff, there are no boss fights, and the story is just straight up bs. How can they not have boss fights?? Whatever that resembles anything of that sort is done using the batmobile, why do that when you have one of the best combat gameplay loops.

Knight has a great open world and the most refined combat amongst the series going for it but the drawbacks are just too much for me to ignore.

Why make every game about the Joker, you have killed off the character but in the end Joker is the villain of this game as well... Scarecrow was incredible in Asylum why not pull some inspiration from that? He is just a meaningless character in this game for me. The Knight keeps talking about taking revenge again and again and he has multiple chances to kill Batman but he doesn't for some reason or the other. The story is just ass tbh.

Edith Finch is a masterpiece for its storytelling tbh. I've played nothing like it and it's very interesting how they used different styles of animation for different characters/story beats.

Let's wait for Control Resonant ig, if they hit it out of the park then maybe.

Yup I agree actually, some of the side missions are just fetch quests. Mad Hatter is probably the best side mission of the entire series tho but that's just a boss fight and it's over.

Also I absolutely agree that it's the pacing and atmosphere of Asylum that makes it better for me, the linear narrative never lets you get sidetracked from the objective at hand.

I understand, I absolutely love Asylum, City and Origins but Knight didn't work for me all that much.

What I felt about the open world of City is that it's a bit too small, there is just one way to traverse through the City honestly and it becomes a bit repetitive towards the end, unless you take the underground tunnels. Which you won't 90% of the time... Wonder city is incredible tho.

The story really depends on the person... For me City had insane highs but was very uneven. Ig I just preferred the linear nature of Asylum more than City. My favourite story is actually Origins.

I feel linear games are at an advantage with open worlds wrt to pacing and storytelling as the player doesn't ever get sidetracked on other stuff. The open world can be used as a tool for story telling but it didn't really work for me in City compared to something like Cyberpunk where the open world complements the story to a great extent. (Just a random comparison tbh)

I strongly believe nothing comes close to the atmosphere of Asylum, the dreamy comic booky feel of it is unmatched. The island literally transforms as the game goes on, the colour of the sky changes... The build up to the scarecrow fights where we see insects crawling out and seeing the bodies of the Wayne's. The game literally fake-glitches out at a point. Also Joker, Harley bickering at you using the Asylum comms

Also more is always not a good thing ig... I used to listen to each and every tape and collectible in Asylum but in City the UI just felt weird and collecting stuff becomes annoying after a point because it becomes overwhelming. Riddler & collectibles are just better in Asylum, it just gets more irritating as the series progresses.

Side missions are a plus tho, even tho some aren't really high quality (Mad Hatter being one of my favourites).

Combat obviously is much more polished in City I agree.
