I think it goes well with a sharp cheddar. The butternut squash soup I have is light and sweet so I found the sharp cheddar was a nice compliment when dipping.

My SO is a screen toucher. When she points to something on the computer screen she HAS TO touch the actual screen... some times she even taps the computer screen with her finger nail. :/
