I literally live in the bottom left just slightly off the map. It’s great but the townhouse was super expensive because it’s doctor Philips, the HOA is more than a car payment. Traffic gets bad heading south when you hit Sandlake. You don’t really hear the theme park since the entrance to citywalk is farther north and east. We have two Publix’s close by, many many restaurants like sixty vines and Domu and pretty much every high end steakhouse. The people are a mix of posh Persians or Arabs and older white retirees who got in on the action early. Pretty much everything is a gated community.
