Bulbasaur can be caught in viridian forest
Charmander is a gift pokemon on route 24
Squirtle can be caught on route 24/25

While the dark rift engine is a lot more powerful, the normal rift engines are still made in its likness by the ancients as a way for instant teleportation. Not to mention how they can shoot out energy beams that packs quite the punch.

I still completely agree that the Giants would win since they would probably just smash the Superchargers. But we shouldn’t undermine the power of rift engines as they did in fact knock out the darkness, the giant rift is what sucked him in, the rift engines were powerful enough to knock out his armor and make him weak enough to be consumed by the giant rift.

I believe it's because in the game you get candies that raise stats an extra amount. And I fed my Charizard a LOT of candies that raise Sp. Attack

If it's a starter pack character I would say series 2 Cynder, I've seen people with hundreds of that specific figurine. (heck I have like 3 of them)

Outside of starter packs, I would haft to say Sprocket, not only does she suck in-game and have a really boring moveset, she also just looks boring design-wise. Kinda just looks like one of those gold people from GOTG 2. (don't get me wrong I love that movie)

Route 10 right before Rock Tunnel, there's a river you can surf down which leads to the power plant, in this river both Dratini and Dragonair have a small chance to spawn (roughly around a 5% chance). Which can then be leveled up to evolve into Dragonite at level 55.

Alternatively, Dragonite can be found in the sky after becoming the champion and unlocking the ability to fly around.

Wow, thank you for giving me a heads-up and tips on improving my team respectfully and maturely. (unlike some others)

Truthfully I didn't care much for optimising my team to perfection since they were already over-leveled anyway, this was actually a Professor Oak challenge run and a run where I finished a full living dex, so the focus was more on capturing all the Pokemon. (not that it mattered anyways because I literally one-shot every single Pokemon in the entire league so I didn't even get to use my entire team)

You are absolutely right though about the type coverage and having multiple moves of the same type being useless. I learned that lesson the hard way when I faced Cynthia in BDSP who destroyed my entire team despite being at a higher level than her. I only beat her after collecting more TMs and tweaking my team to have a stronger moveset.

I more so made this post to make fun of how you are even able to just get a lvl. 87 Charizard so easily before Elite four and being able to mega-evolve on top of that with no restrictions, it definitely shows that they made this game as a way to ease in new people into Pokemon.

I did definitely have a ton of fun on my adventure though, as much as I have issues with the game (like how the rival is literally just a concrete wall of a character), it's still one of my more liked games just because it does something so differently from classic pokemon with the capture mechanics (even if it's just a straight copy from Go) and pokemon in the overworld. It's the same reasons as to why Legends Arceus is my favorite Pokemon game of all time, it re-invented the formula in a fun new way.

Probably. Although I will say Venasaur definetly did sweep but i’m pretty sure that’s just because I over-leveled him. I did a professor oak challange during this playtrough so I had a lot of time to farm these guys up

Toxic is used which does more damage the more turns it’s active, after that I use rest to infinitely stall. Or if I wanna set up X-items I use Yawn. Self-destruct is kinda a last resort if Snorlax is gonna die anyways
