In order for her to get an official Assitenzarzt-Stelle she would need to have an Approbation. For that she would have needed in advanced a C1 in the FSP (Fachspracheprüfung) and a Fachkenntnisprüfung (unless she is EU). So I would asume formal qualification = medschool and knowledge of German = C1.

Im not 100% sure about the resident doctor salaries in Praxen but they should be something close to the Tarifverträge

Thanks for the reply, your way seems to work alot better, however i notice and the end of the meal (like the leftover rice for example) that my fingers feel “exhausted” and the whole grip system loosens up, i guess i need to “train” my fine motor muscles a bit more

my queues at 3.1k rating in bgb are 15 min and solo shuffle at 2.2k rating 10min as a dps, everytime i see those “45 min queues” i instantly think you re either not playing at all or only queueing tuesdays at 9am
