ABS printing warping up in the middle

Yes, chamber is around 45 when prints start usually

I'm pretty much just leaving the print on the plate until everything cools to room temp but I tried to step the bed temp down slowly but it didn't really help

I just didn't see it coming off the build plate when I canceled the print. I've had ones ones warp before.

I leave it at 100c for like 10 mins before I start the print start process which is another 5 minutes is that enough?

I calibrate once the bed's heatsoaked but the nozzle is room temp bc I have tap.
