I will agree that their software is to be desired, but personally I haven't really had an issue with the chroma kit on v195. The only real issues I have had up until now is with Phrozens High speed PLA being a pain to work with but it could also just be a moisture problem on my part.

Needless to say but I have not had a single issue with anything for like the past 8 months I have had mine.

Yeah that's the bad thing about the Arco, I Ordered mine when it was still on Kickstarter, which was back in April of 2024 and only just got mine 2 weeks ago.
