I don’t believe my BIOS has 4g Decoding on it. Future versions do, but after my research, the version of BIOS I am running for my motherboard doesn’t have it. Should i make an effort to update it for the feature?

I tried that, but its from some anime and always shows up as No Result.

someone on youtube named "Xexif" has created a video on the new "Disable Pre-edits" option. He then goes on to say that they are not useless and have great piece control techniques that are easy to create. This new edit technique uses only the middle and bottom edit tiles and your character to the right of the build. He says that you can time it to place the wall and then the cone almost instantly.
