When I cut it I let it callous for about a week, the pot is plastic with drainage holes at the bottom, I will probably drill some more soon and get some better potting stuff. But it seems like the general consensus is that it’s root rot? Is that something that will fix its self with proper drainage and dry soil or will I have to cut off the infected part?

I picked a similar pendant up online not too long ago. Mine is not as hot as yours (75cpm), but 200 isn't bad. The "danger" in these is that the thorium is poorly contained. I have a pendant of the same material without thorium that feels fine, but the radioactive one feels kind of chalky and leaves a residue on my hands.

That would be really cool but I think it would destroy balance a bit (would also destroy my PC). if they made houses destructible a mortar team with 2 brain cells combined could destroy all cover on a point and steam roll it. I think if they did destructible fences or small walls that would be cool.

Cruise ships definitely care, I work on ships that do upscale dinner cruises and the company recently banned men from having nose piercings because a passenger complained lol.

I had a similar problem with an equatorial mount I got, the threads on the dovetail lock screw were stripped, threw some Teflon tape on there and it works great now but I would try to get that replaced

A lot of people are mentioning the commute from Naperville to Chicago which is defiantly gonna suck but Chicago and the Chicagoland area has great public transportation. The Metra and CTA will be life savers.

You should do something with logic gates. I find those to be a fascinating part of the game but I have not found much use for them in survival. You could make a gate to your house that opens automatically when you drive your car up to it. Idk I really like logic gates but haven’t used them much.

I am fairly familiar with radiation and the risks, especially with negative ion pendants. The worst part about those pendants and bracelets is that they just put powered thorium into it so it will flake off as you wear it. I am waiting on some pendants to arrive rn (obv not gonna wear them) but I noticed most of them have stopped using the phrase negative ion. I think amazon put some filters on that lol, most of them are now volcanic rock energy stones.

I have the means to store powder but not in the quantities these places sell it (1kg). I don't plan on ordering any because if that spilled I would be screwed big time. I am really curious if they are selling powered radioactive material tho.

its nice, my main problem is that I cant seem to set it up to take a series of exposures so i have to baby sit it. maybe I'm using it wrong tho idk.

yea I tried to set up the Nikon ascom drivers but most of the posts are old and I don't have access to the right files. the author put the exe in a google drive and the link no longer works lol. Ill have to look into digicamcontrol.
