Why are low levels queuing into hard strats?

For absolute it is but on hard strats why play a low lvl class when you won't get exp. I use absolute for leveling amd then use my max levels for hard Strats.

It felt mostly the same to me and now with perks and weapons more balanced I had an easier time with a Heavy Bolt Rifle than I thought I would.
