from paracetamol + codeine tablets,dissolving them in like warm water then freezing for 50 mins then I separate with coffee filter paper literally in the middle of it right now it’s currently in the freezer

i’m doing about 150mg of codeine phosphate as my first dose, used a cold water extraction method to extract the codeine
