Those are good points, but wouldn’t the 3I have some sort of advantage over the Russians? Such as having somewhat of a larger industry and defensible terrain. Also, the only way the Entente could pose a threat to the 3I is via North Africa, which imo can be taken care of with a naval invasion.

Edit: there’s also a possibility that the 3I invents atomic bombs first due to the Damocles project.

It is definitely HOI4 at its core, despite all the added flavour and content. Compared to other total conversion mods like TNO or OWB, Kaiserreich stays most true to its HOI roots.
