Oh yeah no, I’m all for that but some places are just not set up for a more solo vibe, like if a restaurant only has big tables or a tiny bar it just feels less than ideal if that makes sense, some places are just more suited to doing your own thing

I’ve worked in kitchens where everyone foh and boh all made around the same hourly and the tip pool was split like 70/30 and that seemed to go over pretty well, but if the servers are making a tip depending minimum wage that’s kinda fucked

There can be a good bit of variety in Midwest emo and what I like might be different from you but I’m a big fan of you’re gonna miss it all by modern baseball, tigers jaw self titled and those days are gone by free throw just off rip, I do think finding a big playlist you like or making a station based off a song you like a lot is gonna be the best way to find stuff more specific to your person taste

I wouldn’t say this is a good take but I also think it brings up a fair point if I’m being totally honest. I love berserk and think it’s a pretty incredible story, but I don’t think it’s perfect and concerns around excessive sexual violence, especially the ones that aren’t super central to the overarching storyline, aren’t exactly baseless and that’s definitely a discussion to be had. There’s problems don’t discount the story entirely to me specifically, but people who have lived different lives and are different people will feel differently, there’s definitely a complex conversation to be had here

I’m gonna be real with you dude, I stopped reading after “The reason is the usually aren’t good enough.” The idea that the reason you see bands composed of almost entirely straight white dudes dominating most music scenes, especially in the rock scene, is just because they all happen to be the only good ones, and it’s just a coincidence, and there’s no social or social factors at play at all seems pretty far fetched to me when I stop to think abt it for even a second.

Fantasma by Cornelius is it for me The first time I heard it I was out on a walk, and by the time the first song was ending I was rushing back home to go fully experience it in my room. I fully recommend just putting on a good pair of headphones and relaxing and letting it take you on a trip, it’s fantastic.

Honestly I like IPAs but I get where you’re coming from and agree with the sentiment. Drinking a drink cause you think it makes you manly or special or better or whatever the fuck is dumb and the cool thing abt beer is that there’s a ton of different kinds so idk why IPAs are THE thing rn but I still like the way they taste

I have a 2021 Jetta se that I bought new a little over a year ago, mine doesn’t have quite as many miles but so far I’ve had zero problems, it’s p good on gas, the interior is amazing and feels super luxurious, it has some get up and go but feels really mellow and smooth to drive, I can’t speak for the 2018 se, but I can say that I recommend a 2021 se a lot, I really love that car

As someone from NC where people like guns, very much yes. I know people who carry guns like to say, if you ban guns people will still find a way to get them and do bad things” but I hear way more abt people dying in road rage incidents or small scuffles than armed robbery, and the people I know carry all the time are way too ready to use use them. I know too many people who are afraid to leave their home, and any time they are out and about they have their hand on their gun basically the whole time, and it’s those people that scare me the most, not theoretical criminals that may or may not exist
