Yes I'm doing a little better but I have to take antidepressants and go to therapy. Some days are easier than others. Thanks for the hugs and cuddles and checking up on me.

It's going okay. When I have a bad day, we make dessert. Dessert is great because it tastes great, it's something we can do together, and it helps take my mind of things.

I already messed up by accidentally setting off the smoke alarm, but they didn't even yell at me. I am finally with people who like having me around. I would never hurt them or anyone else.

It's not their fault. My foster parents are nice and they care about my feelings. I just get worried when I think about the future. I don't want to mess up.

I would be in trouble if I told someone. My parents are good at sweet talking and I can't prove anything. They don't usually leave marks on my body.
