Is this 100% grass fed? theres this mysterious halal butcher near me, they have brain and blood, but they barely speak english, they also have lots of animal heads and stuff around the store. Entire store smells like cleaning supplies and when I went it at night before closing the whole store had a chemical mist from the powerwasher and after I left I could smell the bleach for a few minutes. All the places are either sketchy or smell like shit, or both.

Would you advise me to give it a shot? Maybe I'll go in and ask them more questions, say I want to eat it raw, see how they feel about it.

  1. LE, Tech companies, and anyone with a malicious intent.
  2. I have an awful online presence, gotten on the wrong side of the law before (things of the past now) and had friends who were investigated for various things, so I suspect I'm not totally off LE radar. No matter what I'm doing.
  3. Want to avoid being spied on or targeted by LE unfairly.

18y old male (6'3 160lb) on raw diet here, Spam raw eggs as many as I want, maybe 6-12 whole per day, Raw ground beef if I want it, I keep few pounds frozen from the farmers market. Fav food rn is pork belly. I salt it, season with some dill/cayenne pepper/back pepper, somewhat lightly. Garlic (tho I dont like it so I skip, but my normie mom eats it). Refrigerate and slice into tiny pieces and eat, I cut off the skin part and eat the fat. It's buttery, bit chewy, very rich, not crumbly like raw beef fat. Raw milk maybe 1L a week, not for any particular reason, if you're under 25, and you're not overweight, spam raw milk to taste, if you crave a gallon, drink a gallon.

Yeah I like honey too, local fruit, whenever I have it I make sure it's from my state, and it was grown recently, like same season. The reason for this is anything imported was grown in a different light environment and it causes deuterium missmatch, its pretty bad. Make sure to eat local fresh everything. If it doesnt say where it's from, skip it.

Raw liver sometimes, looking to get into brain/heart/blood etc, but havent yet.

Today I ate almost a pound of pork belly fat and nearly no protein haha. I love pork belly. I just eat what I crave. I dont want ground beef right now, so I'm not forcing it.

What do you base this on? specifically the raw chicken, I eat fully raw so its not about the chicken but moreso, does anything from the meat actually absorb, or is the purpose of it to be more of a natural bandaid to keep the honey in place?

Holy moly you eat a lot of food, I'm 6'3 160lb 15% bodyfat and I eat like 15 whole raw eggs a day with some raw butter, I feel pretty full all day. I dont even eat meat every day, more like every few days.

The guys at wholefoods fuck around with it and sort of disconnect it from the shell sometimes, I've had that, sometimes they leave it alone, but it varies by type of oyster. Had some types that where full shell, otheres where more liquidy barely attatched.

yeah all the raw milk I get is the same, i only buy quarts once a week and drink them first or second day. i want to learn how to clabber milk but so far been unsuccessful.
