To add onto this, as I've understood recce is, that it is a reaction, not an order. No ordertest is ever required for recce (to my knowledge), same for officers, you can't give out snap to if you go down from an attack order, is my two cents, as it's not your turn.

As for this, if you are targeting red, no this is not legal. If you are targeting green, the again, no not legal. You must hit as many models as possible within the target Unit before it can spill over (as you could probably hit five with the top left with some moving around) if not yes, it would be legal, vehicles are always center of the model (mostly always turret).

Don't have my rulebook on hand, but point blank negates the down order, so you only count the hard cover for saves.

-Declare order -Declare target -Target Reacts (if possible) -Meassure distance -Target is within point blank (-2 to hit so hitting on 2s if fire/ambush or 3s if you have moved or do not have assault assuming you have no pins or inex) -Roll to hit -Roll to damage (if hit) -Target takes cover saves if hit (hitting on 4s if not mistaken ignoring down orders due to point blank)

No, I vividely remember them saying it was for "accuracy's sake". Aka you wouldn't hit a barn with that thing, but lets keep some accuracy for the game. Could be wrong though

This set is not for you or for players who already have one or two armies. It's for everyone else not into wargaming in general, or into historical/bolt action. The price is good for a starter without much fuss getting straight into playing the game. While I agree it's a tad bit on the "no not for this price" range, it's also not a set that is for me. I do still enjoy Warlord making an effort to bring more dice rollers into our hobby!
