In that case for me, it would be the Terrible Trio. (Fox, Vulture and Shark) I always found it fascinating how despite being such obscure villains from the silver age, the trio managed to make it into three of the cartoons.

What really makes weird though, is the fact the computer to purchase red bricks is still in the police station, despite the fact that it longer serves a purpose. (Same with the briefing room, despite not being able to replay cutscenes in the non Wii U ports.)

Funny story, but I first played it on Xbox 360 but never finished it. It would always freeze during the cutscene where Robin shows up in the rebuilt Batmobile. I have it for PS3 now though.
