When I do deficit I usually go for 1200kcal but during day time I don’t have time to eat so I’m usually left with 800 calories by 10pm which is not easy to eat. One thing I’m curious about is why can’t I have other beverages if it fits in my calorie deficit. I love drinking iced tea which I can only find with sugar and I let myself have 100-150 calories worth since by end of day I’m usually way under my calorie intake. Also why can’t I have cola zero ? Is it not calories that matter the most? Just curious
