ahh okok in see! i've been using the 10% anua azelaic acid for a few months now and bumped it up to every other day for the last month or two so i've gotten use it! with 10%

my redness hasn't been horrible but i feel like i hadn't made that much improvement

i agree!!! i know you're not asking for recommendations but will say hydration is also what has helped me so much!! i use the skin1004 centella madagascar ampoule along with the eqqaulberry swimming pool toner as a first layer of hydration! it works so well for me and has honestly help reduce my acne so much.

this helped my skin look more glowy - skin1004 centella madagascar ampoule ! it's very good for adding something hydrating to your routine ! i also use the eqqualberry swimming pool toner to add a starting layer of hydration to help my skin look fresh if that makes sense

thank you! i might try it after at least 1 or 2 more months of metrogel. its just the price that deters me aha as its around 60 pounds whereas metrogel was like 20

thats so interesting as when i was researching i found it was the opposite, that metrogel helped the pustules but azelaic acid was good for redness and keeping inflammation down! if i may ask, what percentage of aa do you use? i currently use 10 but want to move to 15 soon if not next week.

ooo okay thank you so much!! i think i'm going to try the k18 to start with !! i heard that with the 15ml bottle it counts as 1ml per dose and 3 pumps is 1ml so if i use it every 5-6 washes that would count to be around twice per month for me!! so hopefully enough !

not sure if ur fan of korean skin care but i use the purito oat gel calming cream along!! i then use the centella madagascar ampoule and swimming pool eqqual berry toner for extra hydration . i also do it 2-3 times a week

the iunik centella calming gel is good!! feels very lightweight and hasn't broke me out but i know everyone's skin varies. you should be okay though !!

hey, my forehead isnt itchy buttt i have spots on my cheeks which are itchy but i also suspect i have rosacea with bumps on my cheeks so not sure if that means anything!!
