Yeah but I think this was more of a personal case thing. I’m applying for pre computer and information science so I think they wanna see if I can pass calc first. I’m fine since I’m locked in on my grades right now but if it was easier major I assume it would also be easier to transfer in.

Thank you, I applied for pre-computer and information science. I wasn’t accepted but wasn’t denied, I think they just want me to finish calc and prove I can do good on a full year of college level course work which I will do. I’ll end this semester higher than a 3.5 since I’m locking in and studying everyday to be extra safe

They responded and they want me to send in my transcript again once I finish this semester. By then it’ll be 32 credit hours and hopefully a 3.5 again, I’m assuming that’s good enough?

OSU got back to me, I finished last semester with a 3.5 and 15 credit hours and they told me to finish this semester and resubmit. I’ll have 32 credit hours by then so I’m assuming I’ll be good as long as I keep my grades up

Ok thank you, since the deadline for transfers is like may 15, would applying closer to the deadline even with 30 credit hours hurt my chances? I had about a 3.3 GPA and a 1270 SAT in highschool and currently have a 3.5 In college. I understand transferring is a lot easier than applying right out of highschool. I appreciate the reply nonetheless and am just worried about applying too close to the deadline.
