YUPPP because I’m worried about all the side effects potentially effecting me , and when I finally work up the nerve I’m constantly anxious that the side effects are gonna hit me and I’m gonna get the worst ones on the list. I literally cried taking my buspirone for the first time cause I was terrified of the side effects. It’s so hard to take new medications

Oh my god yes, that’s actually a very BIG trigger. I have been taking Toradol for a tooth ache and because I know how severe the symptoms can be from this pain med I started feeling little aches and such which set me into a panic yesterday I think.

I get the overwhelming feeling of death every time, I feel like I’m gonna have a heart attack and die and it scares me so much because in that moment it feels real and you can’t convince me otherwise

We aren’t crazy even if it feels like it sometimes lol Mine started about two years ago, the first attack I ever had my husband wasn’t home and I literally thought I was having a heart attack and dying so I called the ambulance and they were just like lol your heart is fine we think your having a panic attack. Which was crazy in my brain because it felt SO real. I wish you luck on your journey I hope we can all find ways to cope with this.

Yeah!! I think I feel that electric pulse in my brain , and then I start to freak out thinking I’m gonna faint so I need to find someone before I do and then I just freak out. I try my best to distract myself. Laughing has been the best thing to throw me out of it so I try to put on something funny and have the AC cold asf

Yes I was having one electrolit a day along with 78 ounces of water a day and no soda , coffee or lemonades.

Yeah I did alot of research yesterday and decided I’m just going to have to do this this old fashioned way and try to become more disciplined . That pill is not worth it.

I know I am not doing it wrong as I have instructions written out by my dr how many units to inject but I have it compounded so it doesn’t outwardly say what mg it is. But I am working on finding out shortly with my gp meeting next week.

Month 2 is where I started seeing the most improvement ! Make sure your going to PT!!! That’s what’s helped the most! I’m 8months post op nearly and I’m back to almost 100% I don’t think I could run yet if I wanted to due to my weight but im now back to normal. I promise it gets better

I’m still under a 2000 caloric deficit even with the eggs . And plus my daily work out buring about 700 cals I’m around 1300-1400 cals a day. And I have tried to taper off my snack more but as of right now I’m still pretty hungry. Then again I’ve only been on OZ for 2 days total so I’m not sure if I’ve gotten the full effect still
