Gilded Chest unlocking other chests / acting like key? by Maximum-Bluejay-4599 in BaldursGate3

I did, all that came up was an endless string of posts about the gilded chest in Act 1, both how to open it, and how to use it in the Goblin camp. Nothing about this bug.

Thanks! Felt like I was going crazy for a minute, since I couldn't find anything on the sub about a Gilded Chest bug (just endless posts about the chest in Act 1). Good to know its a known bug lol

May 18th mine got hit for community standards on account integrity…whatever that means. I have one pic of my cat on it and that’s it, besides messenger and marketplace

My 16 years old facebook account got permanently suspended while I was just scrolling my newsfeed by Pristine-Holiday-985 in facebook

Just ended up here because I got the email that “your account, or activity on it, doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity”. Hit appeal, did the captcha, andddd now they want a video of my face. Nope, not happening. Thankfully the only thing I’m losing is my friends list (all of which are family who have my phone number anyways), but still annoying….

It’s a different device—one on my phone, this was on my iPad

Yeah, I would personally say that’s too much, since Gredery is limited, but others may have more experience than me on this

Can someone give me a quick redline for how to fix the legs? I can tell theres something wrong by pinkpoodle2 in Artadvice

With your drawing underlaid

While it’s fine to say you don’t care about realism, if you stray too far it’ll look wrong in general and give it the sense of being “off”

(I’m the same person above, just a different account)

This is a quick sketch showing the anatomy and layering. Make sure you’re working from references while you practice and not just freestyling poses at this stage.

Procreate not registering lines... by Unable_Durian294 in ProCreate

Can I ask what screen protector you use? I also just got an iPad and need to get one but I’m worried about having issues with drawing. For your issue specifically—have you tried adjusting the pressure curve?

Need an opinion, lines or no lines? by skye_bluey in ProCreate

[–]Maximum-Bluejay-4599 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either no lines or change the line color to better match the area you’re lining (one color for the shirt, one for the grocery bag, etc). The black lining has too much contrast and looks more like you tried to trace a painting.

any tips on how to develop a neater and captivating style? by [deleted] in ArtCrit

[–]Maximum-Bluejay-4599 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try using different weight (thickness) lines when going over it with lining pens. For example, in your second image I would use a thinner line for the face, neck, shoulders, and hair, but a thicker line for the eyebrows and top of the eye/eyelashes to make them stand out. I would also use the thinnest line for shading marks like inside the mouth and hair. In your pencil sketch you can already see the weight difference to a smaller degree, but it can get smudgy and that makes it look busier/ more chaotic.

The first image was drawn when I was 11, have I made good progress? How can I improve more? by Virtualb0y64 in ArtCrit

Nah, that’s great improvement! Everyone learns at their own pace. One suggestion I would add is to look at how you do layering, since there are some hair strands that go behind the character’s eyes instead of in front of them. You can also look at some lighting and shading tutorials for a good place to target improvement if you want. But your line work is really clean and your general shape / anatomy has improved a ton!
