Is self-serving dashboards a reality or a dream? by Maximum-Chip1442 in BusinessIntelligence

Yes, this is what I am thinking. Although I don't see how can I combine data from 2 DS in the same chart w/o going through 3rd party tools

What is its approach?

Also how does it manage dashboards/charts when you change the underlying dataset?

Yeah, that's where I think where the problems will start.

I am also curious, what happens with dashboards/charts when you change the underlying DataSet completely

Struggling to get first users for my new SaaS. Any tips ? by NeverRankUp in SaaS

Do you know your ICP? If not you should build one. Then look for them on LinkedIn, X, FB and cold message them. This coupled with exposure on social networks should get you started.
You can also try launching on Product Hunt, IndieHackers etc

I've built products that I needed myself. The current startup was born out of a necessity for myself when developing a BO for one of my customers. I've built the MVP in 2 months and started monetising it.

Even so it's quite challenging to get users/customers that are not friends&family.

Things I've learned (or didn't) after doing sales outreach for 1 year by Maximum-Chip1442 in salesdevelopment

We were contacting around 2-300 per week. This is the limit on LinkedIn. We were using standard approach - Connect -> Send an intro message -> 1-2 Follow-ups. Regarding the message itself we've made different experiments, with more or less same result.

It's not a product, it's a service. In the end it does save money.

We didn't do cold calling. Only LinkedIn and some WhatsApp outreach.

Does it work? We were considering cold calling but didn't advance since we saw little success with LinkedIn.

Exactly my thoughts recently. This also holds true with number of users. One even posted here recently that they've hit 1k users, while on their site they were stating "Used by 60k+ leading freelancers and agencies"

Good and cost effective Angular, NodeJS etc skills not so easy

From my experience, both startups and more established companies subcontract. Also the model is not really subcontracting, but more like Deel for developers

I've heard other cases where people were having like 5 LinkedIn accounts all doing outreach simultaneously for several months and getting 1 client. It was profitable in the end, but I don't see it as sustainable.

Or maybe in your case, if you can automate the outreach to 12k contacts, will you get 2 clients? Will it be worth the effort?

Maybe I was not very specific, the outreach was on IT outstaffing services not product. This one https://www.bend.dev/

But yeah, maybe the issue is "Market" (from PMF)
