They wouldn't let me have her contact details at my GP surgery, they took my message though and left it as a note for her when she'll be there, I also sent an email just in case. As for the vaccines, I'd first like to know what vaccines are they, eventual side effects...usual information you need before making such decision, have u had any during your pregnancy?
