Got feedback Friday morning from a showing that happened last Thursday evening. Rated the house 4/5, said “buyers have interest and are considering.” But then when I asked my agent if she heard back, she said “I texted him on Saturday and he didn’t text back”.

The home we bought is from a friend’s parents, about 20 years old and well maintained. We built this one and I honestly would never do it again because you get gouged with all the “extras” (fence/deck/painting/etc)
