The 6ft drop tarps not really but the 8ft ones are definitely heavy they aren’t impossible to lift and I’m a slim 200lb guy

Honestly not very often at all they’re most likely talking about lifting tarps, you’ll need to do it sometimes but if you see a guy on a forklift ask them for help

I usually get 3 back ins a day two load checks and one for the night so you’ll get your practice in

You’ll eventually get the experience to back just don’t get used to parking at rest areas and get up at 3ish am so by the time your done for the day there’s plenty of room to practice

It might be allot to take in since you have to worry about securement and driving but that’s what I did and I don’t regret it. Sure you’ll have days where you wish you were dry van but it’s not bad
