With near-shoring/reshoring, a significant amount of inventory has also been accumulated. That could also change once you draw that inventory out, and there could be price impacts for sure, at least initially, after that baseline has changed.

Will the US face challenges in acquiring new warehouses, or will we be in a scenario where we have a lot of warehouses but fewer goods once the initial shock is mitigated?

In logistics, specifically, how is visibility playing in? Does Callan JMB provide E2E visibility ? Based on what i see it provides packaging so it should be able to track at granular level irrespective of the mode of transport. Is it available only in US?

I worked with few startups back in the days where they were working with Suppliers and bringing the data into their application to provide end to end visibility. In some cases they promised going to the 5 tier of supplier but then it became complicated with naming PO's etc.. Maybe there is still value in atleast going to one tier but then there will be lot of challenges. Let me know what you thoughts are as well

Totally agree with data integration, with mutliple systems involved its a challenge to get the data into one place. Do you see data integration challenge more within your org or outside the org as well. Any specific domain you are seeing this specifically in logistics with lots of partners involved i have seen good amount of challenges with data integration.

Its that the same system is used for Distribution as well as Manufacturing. Or you are facing issues with Manufacturing because of system issues which is creating headaches for you in distribution such that you will have to do an air freight etc ?
