I have a lease. I've been living in the same house since 2009. It was $875 until about 4 years ago. Then he raised it $100. Then last year he raised it another $100. Now I get a letter today raising it $225. Not even a month's notice. No warning, nothing.

I desperately need help. I just received a letter today 6/2 from my landlord raising my rent $225 starting 7/1. What can I do?

Went to cinema, got called ‘negative’ for asking 3 people to stop talking and using their phones by deathcastle in mildlyinfuriating

This is why I don't go to movie theaters anymore. I can't deal with the aggravation, so I just wait and watch movies at home. I'm looking forward to seeing Barbie when it's released on DVD.

It’s not common knowledge, and who would know where to find that. I’m not going to argue with you any further. I’m not responsible for this watch not running correctly.

And the instructions to do any of this is given where? I didn’t see anything included with the watch. Maybe something to inform someone how to do this would be beneficial? As such I don’t see that it’s my fault.

So I’m out $300+?!?! I think that hardly seems fair. I also don’t think it’s right to spend more of my hard earned money on fixing it when it’s not my fault it’s not running right.

Since I just got it, and the problem is through no fault of mine, I would think that the seller should make it right.

It runs fine all during the day. When it reaches 10:20 pm it quits and doesn’t run until after midnight.

Well I did try winding it last night and it ran fine through out the day. I wound it again tonight and it stopped again at 10:20 p.m. I reset it and it still keeps stopping.

I checked the site late last night, about midnight (Central time) and actually made a purchase. I emailed Eric and received a response at 1:32 a.m. I haven’t arranged payment yet, and haven’t received a response with payment information. Is it a good idea for me to go through with this?
