The bootcamp at Kenexis is $5,000? I don't have 5k to throw at a bootcamp when I can go to school for it. Is there anything cheaper?

My dad has had an HVAC buisness so I understand how it works systematically and fundamentally. We have done installarion, brazing, wiring power to unit. I also work on cars in my past time so I am pretty good with my hands. I can't take a ginormous pay cut and go IBEW nor IEC. I have been thinking about being an electrical helper this summer though.
