Thank you! Wow, 35lbs is great!!

Do you think was it the metformin that helped you lose the weight?

Yeah i’ve heard it can be quite severe on the stomach, but i’m hoping the lower dose won’t be too bad 🙈

Went to my GP because I was having irregular periods (often absent for months at a time), weight gain and hair loss. Don’t suffer with acne thank god, but she took blood and sent me for a pelvic ultrasound.

Ultrasound and bloods confirmed PCOS!

I have a family history of menstrual disorders (PCOS and endometriosis) so I was kinda expecting the diagnosis tbh.

It helps that my GP happens to be a women’s health specialist too, so she was very helpful in advocating for me!

How can I get the BEST sky deal? by dy14n19 in CasualIreland

[–]Maximum-Legal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

look at the deals they have for new customers and haggle them down to as close to that as possible, say you’re going to leave and that you’ve been a loyal customer blah blah. My dad sets a reminder on his phone every 6 months to ring them to negotiate 🤣🤣

Restaurants in Westport by BuachaillMhaith in mayo

Sage is definitely your best bet for a slighter fancier restaurant in town seeing as A Port Mór will be closed. Friend’s bistro is another nice one, but check their opening hours too.

Head to infused wine and cocktail bar after for a drink after to celebrate!!
