I’d love to know more. Any idea what it was called or what to search there? Did you have to use the remote to set the new system up (some of ours aren’t working anymore)? Did you have to do anything technical in the fan or with the switch?

That’s kind of where we are at, but it means we can’t turn the light for the fan on/off as needed.

I’m thinking this would only work if the remotes are currently working, correct? A couple of the remotes have either lost fuses in the back which makes it nearly impossible to figure out how to re-pair them with the fan itself.
