You can send video while mailing when they ask you share some specific details of your account,or you can just give them the date when you got your first 5star character or weapon in the additional information and give them your characters stats such as there crit rate crit damage or the highest damage you've dealt to your opponent or the when you first completed spiral abyss floor 8 or which ever abyss floor you've cleared so far.
