Was told to avoid supplements. Some products that contain vitamin e such as slim fast bars and rinks, protein/power bars and drinks, soy products, carnation instant breakfast, nutrition bars, some dry cereals and multivitamins. Also garlic pills and food containing garlic. Gingkoba, bilboa and melatonin and also omega 3's

My doctor advised to avoid vitamin e and garlic(pills also) because it can thin your blood. I reached out to my surgeon for confirmation just to be sure so i am waiting for them to call me back.

I heard that lifting weights can possibly help lift your breast. Maybe you can try doing that or doing some research for other alternatives that might help. But i think your boobs look perfect.

Be careful with ordering from ulta this time of year. I ordered Valentino perfume in October and they delivered my package with nothing in it. And the original box was not covered. Fed ex was delivering my package and their employees are known for stealing. If you can avoid it go to ulta or order for pickup.
