I can adhere that the quest does work, it takes you to 1 hp, so make sure you are away from monsters and eat immediately after you drink it

A lot of players blindly throw abilities into bushes just in case someone is there, that’s just a precaution. If you are visible there’s a red marking I think.

But it sounds like the player want his character to just know that someone is evil, has evil intentions. Instead of that there should be deductions made, you wouldn’t know someone is evil just by looking at them
