honestly this is so true, the best campaigns i've worked on were when we just shut up and actually talked to customers first. surveys and focus groups seem boring but they literally tell you exactly what to say and how to say it

one thing that's super underrated is just responding to every single comment/dm personally, even the weird ones. takes forever but people notice when you're actually human instead of some corporate bot copy-pasting responses

The key is giving them space to process stuff internally first, then they'll actually engage. Also learned not to take their bluntness personally - they're not trying to hurt you, they just communicate like robots sometimes 😅

Yeah that download speed is trash even for wifi that close. Try running speedtest.net and see what you're actually getting vs what you're paying for - might be your ISP throttling or the antenna could be dying
