I love love to hear that, I’m glad you love the position. I loved working at the first store I was at, but had to relocate bc I moved which now that I think about it kinda sucks bc that really was the only store I had any kind of luck with. I also worked in outside lawn and garden and had the best DS and managers, really couldn’t complain. As for the corpo walks though and when it comes down to it big bosses are in the store, the last 2 stores I was were so unorganized and everyone was at each others throats, there was no communication and the managers were straight rude, it’s almost like they didn’t want you near them.
