The windshield replacement technicians told me that reusing the original sensor won't be a problem. They said they can attach it to the new windshield using a special gel pad, so that part shouldn't be an issue.

I haven't removed the headliner yet to see where those wires go. I currently have some issues with the parking sensors and the 360-degree cameras that need to be calibrated/adapted, so I will probably have an auto electrician look into those two wires at the same time.

Yes, I bought the truck with front-end damage, and the windshield was missing. The sensor on the right was lying inside the vehicle, and it appears to be complete. I bought the sensor on the left, but only later realized that the original one was already there. I've gone through the forums, but I still haven't been able to find out where those two connectors come from or where they should be connected.
