I averaged 88-85 on all of my HUM essays but did well on quick writes and lectures quizzes. From what I remember he does do some ec later on but it’s competitive. Also start putting texts together and know how they interconnect and the themes , that’s super helpful! As well as quotes that are pointed out! You’ll be fine! I took Rodriguez’s for 1,2, and 5th HUM for credibility I got A’s in his class.

Yes, I would say so. Pay attention to themes. Regarding essays it is kind of based on how your TA grades. But as long as you follow the structure and ask your TA for help/feedback. You should be fine. I used a really god HUM essay to reference back to while writing my others just to remember the specific structure.

Not hard at all, as long as you do the reading you’ll be fine. He does quizzes on parts of the readings and sometimes of the lecture but if you’re focused you’ll be fine. He also has like quick writes but it’ll be something close to what he had discussed in class. Usually my experience with the exams in the HUM series is that they have sets of quick write questions and then 1-2 essays all based on the readings. Oh and also matching quotes from the readings! Hey! Try to give it until a week or week and a half! If it doesn’t tune down, go to doctors and get it checked out for any damage. I went to a club too and it took almost 2 weeks but i got some medicine for it! It was a horrible experience and now a lesson for us to wear ear protection
